Here are some frequently asked questions and information you may find helpful about our bowties and how we operate. If you have any other questions or enquiries please don't hesitate to get in touch!

How soon can I receive my item?

We do lovingly handmake our bowties to order therefore there is a production timescale of 2-5 working days. Thereafter regular postal shipping times apply. Full details of our shipping times can be found at the bottom of our homepage info section.

We will always try to keep you as informed as possible should there be any unforeseen delays.

I'm sending as a gift, how will it arrive?

All of our bowties come in a branded presentation box, excluding westerns and pocket squares which come in a sealed presentable paper bag. No paperwork will be in the box so all we need is the recipients address.

Do you offer discount for larger orders?

Please contact us directly to discuss!

Do you offer wholesale?

We would love to hear from anyone interested in stocking our items. We have a wholesale price list and terms of business available for any worldwide retailers interested in our bowties. Do contact us for a chat!

Do you offer a custom design service?

We are always happy to discuss any ideas you have and wish to share with us. Again please get in touch to discuss the possibilities.

How do I care for my bowtie?

We do not recommend machine washing any of our items except our pocket squares which should go in a cool wash and air dry. A press with the correct  iron setting should finish it nicely.
For our bowties we recommend a damp cloth to remove any marks from the bow. Most of our designs have a detachable strap which you can remove to hand wash, air dry and press with the iron to finish.
You can shoot some steam from your iron at your bowtie and use your fingers gently to reshape if it's looking a bit flat.
For bowties containing feathers please avoid getting the feathers wet or making contact with fragrance as it may damage them. They are fragile and delicate and best kept stored in their boxes.
